Koyunlarda Doğum Ağırlığına Etki Eden Bazı Faktörlerin Regresyon Ağacı Yöntemiyle Belirlenmesi

Abstract

Akkaraman ve Anadolu Merinosu koyunların, ilk doğumları gözlenerek doğum saatleri ve doğum tipleri, kuzuların doğum ağırlıkları ve cinsiyetleri kayıt altına alınmıştır. Doğum ağırlığını etkileyen değişkenleri belirlemek amacıyla CHAID algoritması ile oluşturulan regresyon ağacı yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Elde edilen sonuçlara göre 2. periyotta tekiz doğan Akkaraman kuzular diğer periyotlardan 500 g daha düşük doğum ağırlığına sahiptir. Her iki ırkta da gündüz saatlerinde doğan ikizlerin doğum ağırlığı, gece saatlerinde doğanlara göre 500 g daha fazladır. Yine öğleden sonra doğan akkaraman dişi kuzuların diğer periyotlarda doğanlara göre 223 g daha düşük doğum ağırlığına sahip olduğu görülmüştür.
