Diazinonun Sıçan Hepatositleri Üzerine Etkisinin Elektron Mikroskobu ile İncelenmesi

Year 2004, Volume: 15 Issue: 1-2, 29 - 36, 01.12.2004

Abstract

Electron Microscopic İnvestigation of Effects of Diazinon on Rat's Hepatacytes

Year 2004, Volume: 15 Issue: 1-2, 29 - 36, 01.12.2004

Abstract

Diazinon is widely used in agricultural control and it is absorbed by both human and animals
through ingestion, inhalation and percutaneously. In this study diazinon was given to male Wistar
rats by oral intubatian 15mg/kg/per day in corn oil for 5 weeks. The result of investigations with electron microscopy: at the end of l week no pathofogical findings was observed, at the end of 2
week weak swelling of mitochondria, at the end of 3rd week extreme swelling ofmitochondria, at the end of 4th week swelling of hepatocyle, at the end of 5'th week picnotic nucfeus in hepatocytes. vacuolization of cytoplasm and swelling and vacuolization of mitochondria were occurred.
