Abstract
Bu çalışma 2007 ve 2008 yıllarında Diyarbakır ilinin Çermik ilçesinde meyve performansları yüksek olan ve geç çiçeklenen badem tiplerini belirlemek amacıyla yürütülmüştür. Başlangıçta 70
badem tipi işaretlenmiştir. Bu tipler üzerinde yapılan gözlem ve değerlendirmelere göre belirli seleksiyon kriterleri esas alınarak, tartılı derecelendirmeye tabi tutulmuşlardır. Çalışma sonucunda performansları daha yüksek olan 5 badem tipi (ÇE-4, ÇE-15, ÇE-28, ÇE-42 ve ÇE-57) seçilmiştir. Bu tiplerin kabuklu meyve ağırlığı 2.32-1.33 g, kabuklu meyve kalınlığı 13.35-11.37 mm, iç badem ağırlığı 1.11-0.80 g, iç randımanı % 60.90-47.84 ve iç badem kalınlığı 9.59-7.82 mm arasında değişmiştir. Seçilen tiplerde çift içlilik ve ikiz içlilik bulunmamıştır. Bütün tiplerde sağlam iç oranı % 100’dür. İç badem rengi açısından yapılan değerlendirmede, 1 tipin açık, 1 tipin orta ve 3 tipin ise koyu olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Çiçeklenme durumuna göre en yüksek ÇE-28 (760 puan) tipinde ve en düşük ise ÇE-57 (726 puan) tipinde saptanmıştır. Ayrıca, kalite durumuna göre en yüksek ÇE-4 (772 puan) tipinde ve en düşük ÇE-57 (700 puan) tipinde tespit edilmiştir.

Abstract
This study was carried out to determine almond types which had the higher of the fruit performances and late flowering in Çermik distinct of Diyarbakir province during the years 2007
and 2008. At first, 70 almond types were labelled. According to the observation and the evaluation made on this types, they were subjected to weighted ranked method depend on the specific
selection criteria investigated. As a result of work, 5 superior almond types which had the highest performance (ÇE-4, ÇE-15, ÇE-28, ÇE-42 and ÇE-57) were selected. Fruit weight, fruit
thickness, kernel weight, kernel ratio and kernel thickness of the almond types were found as 2.32-1.33 g, 13.35-11.37 mm, 1.11-0.80 g, 60.90-47.84 % and 9.59-7.82 mm, respectively.
Double kernel ratio and twin kernel ratio in the selected types weren’t found. Sound kernel ratios in all the types were found as 100 %. It was determined to be light of 1 type, intermediate of 1 type, dark of 3 types in the evaluation made with respect to the kernel colour intensity. Total point was found to be highest at 760 and lowest at 726 score according to the flowering. Also, the total point was found to be highest at 772 and lowest at 700 score according to the quality.
