Sirkadiyen Ritim İle Yeme Zamanı İlişkisi

Year 2019, Volume: 1 Issue: 1, 38 - 43, 31.10.2019

Abstract

Dünyadaki yaşam, hayat şartlarındaki günlük döngüsel
değişikliklerle devam etmektedir. Bitkiler gündüz fotosentez yaparken, bazı hayvanlar
gün aydınlığında uyurlar. Birçok canlı organizma, etkinliklerin uygun
zamanlarda ifade edilmesini sağlayan sirkadiyen saatler adı verilen 24 saatlik
içsel döngüler geliştirmiştir. Diurnal canlı olan insanlar da geceleri uyur,
gündüzleri beslenirler. Ancak beslenme sorunlarının son yıllarda artması besin
alımının sadece aydınlık-karanlık döngüsünün ötesinde olduğunu göstermektedir.
Yapılan birçok çalışmada, insan sirkadiyen sisteminin davranışsal
faktörlerinden bağımsız olarak beslenme zamanını düzenlediğini ortaya
koymaktadır.

The Relationship Between Circadian Rhythm and Timing of Food Intake

Year 2019, Volume: 1 Issue: 1, 38 - 43, 31.10.2019

Abstract

Life in the world continues with daily cyclic
changes in living conditions. During the day, while plants do photosynthesis
some animals sleep. Many living organisms have developed 24-hour internal
cycles, called circadian clocks, that enable events to be expressed at
appropriate times. People who live diurnal sleep at night and feed during the
day. However, increasing nutritional problems in recent years show that food
intake is beyond the light-dark cycle. Many studies show that the human
circadian system regulates feeding time independently of behavioral factors.
