In this study, deals with some chemical and pomological characteristics of 11 promising medlar genotypes selected from in the centre, districts and villages of Tokat. The amount of total dry matter between 27.34% and 44.11%. The amount of total soluble solid were identified as 14.10%-27.30% in maturing and 13.80%-20.50% during consumption stage. Titratable acidity were ranged between 4.25%-8.94% at maturing and 2.80%-7.24% consumption stage. The content of Vitamine C at maturing varied between 30.00-8.00 mg/100g, whereas between 26.67-6.40 mg/100g in consumption stage. The total phenolic substance of genotypes were also between 92.05-10.64 mg/100g at maturing and between 45,30-10,35 mg/100g during consumption stage.
