Preterm ve Term Yenidoğanlarda İlk Banyo Zamanlarının ve Farklı Banyo Yöntemlerinin Termoregülasyona Etkisi: Sistematik Derleme

Abstract

Çalışmanın amacı, deneysel/yarı deneysel ve randomize kontrollü yapılmış çalışmalarda preterm ve term yenidoğanlarda ilk banyo zamanlarının ve farklı banyo tiplerinin termoregülasyona etkisini incelemektir.
Tarama, Nisan 2020- Mayıs 2020 tarihleri arasında PUBMED ve EBSCO elektronik veri tabanlarında ingilizce olarak yapılmıştır. Taramalarda, "newborn" and "bath" or "thermoregulation" anahtar sözcükleri kullanılmış olup, veri tabanında belirlenen dahil edilme kriterleri kullanılarak çalışmalar filtrelenmiştir. Çalışmaların seçiminde dahil etme ve dışlanma kriterleri PICOS yöntemi temel alınarak oluşturulmuştur. Çalışmaya, deneysel/yarı deneysel ve randomize kontrollü olmak üzere 11 çalışma dahil edilmiştir.
Sistematik derlemede yer alan çalışmalarda oda ısısı 26-27oC, banyo suyu sıcaklığı ise 37-38oC arasında değişmiştir. Çalışmalarda, preterm ve term yenidoğanlarda banyo zamanının doğum sonrasında 3-24 saat arasında yapıldığı, preterm ve term yenidoğanlarda banyonun vücut sıcaklığını düşürdüğü, pretermlerde küvet banyo yönteminin vücut sıcaklığını korumada silme banyodan daha etkili olduğu, preterm yenidoğanların vücut sıcaklığının korunmasında sarmalama banyonun silme banyodan daha etkili bir yöntem olduğu gösterilmiştir.
