Nektarin [P. Perica (L.) Batsch, Var. Nectarina] Meyvesinin Bazı Mühendislik Parametrelerinin Belirlenmesi

Abstract

Bu çalışmada
nektarin meyvesinin bazı fiziksel ve mekanik özellikleri belirlenmiştir. Bu
özelliklerin bilinmesi işleme ve sınıflandırma ekipmanlarının tasarımı
açısından oldukça önemlidir. Fiziksel özellik olarak; uzunluk, genişlik,
kalınlık, ağırlık, geometrik ortalama çap, küresellik, yüzey alanı ve izdüşüm
alanı değerleri belirlenmiştir. Ölçülen ve hesaplanan uzunluk, genişlik,
kalınlık, ağırlık, geometrik ortalama çap, küresellik, yüzey alanı ve
projeksiyon alanı değerleri sırasıyla
48.34-67.57 mm, 35.14-58.41 mm,
32.23-54.64 mm, 67.91-12.80 g, 36.25-59.39 mm, 0.83-0.96 %, 40.09 -109.58 cm
2, x düzleminde 15.77- 24.45 cm2, y düzleminde 8.92-18.41 cm2’dir. Belirlenen bazı mekanik
özellikler, maksimum kuvvet, deformasyon ve enerji, akma noktasındaki kuvvet,
deformasyon, enerji, poisson oranı ve elastikiyet modülü sırasıyla 75.20-180.20
N, 8.18-17.81 mm, 104.33-528.78 Nmm, 35.53-78.66 N, 2.77-10.33 mm, 38.93-295.77
Nmm-2
ve 0.14-0.24 olarak saptanmıştır.
