Serbest radikal teorisine göre yaşlanma ile artan hareket ve ritim bozukluklarından yola çıkılarak tasarlanan çalışmada, Ankaferd Blood Stopper'ın etkisi model organizma üzerinde denenmiştir. Metabolik bozukluklar, nörodejeneratif hastalıklarda model olan Drosophila melanogaster erkeklerinde hidrojen peroksit ile hareket aktivitesi uyarılmıştır. Sinekte kombine kullanımın ROT'lar ile uyarılan tırmanmayı azalttığı belirlenmiştir.

In the study designed on the basis of movement and rhythm disorders that increase with aging according to free radical theory, the effect of Ankaferd Blood Stopper was tested on the model organism. Movement activity was stimulated by hydrogen peroxide in Drosophila melanogaster males, which are models for metabolic disorders and neurodegenerative diseases. It has been determined that combined use in the fly reduces the climbing induced by ROTs.
