SÜRDÜRÜLEBİLİR YAPI ÜRETİM SÜRECİNİN ÖNÜNDEKİ ENGELLERİN BELİRLENMESİ

Öz

Hızlı nüfus artışı ve şehirleşmenin beraberinde getirdiği yapılaşma sorunları ile birlikte teknolojik ve endüstriyel gelişmeler de hız kazanmaktadır fakat bu gelişmelerle birlikte, kullanılan enerji miktarı tüm canlıların geleceğini tehlikeye atacak boyutlara ulaşmaktadır. Günümüzde sürdürülebilirlik kavramı kapsamındaki yapılarda enerji, su, malzeme gibi kıt kaynakların verimli kullanılması ihtiyacının artışı, inşaat sektörü için de büyük önem arz etmektedir. Bu kapsamda sürdürülebilir yapılaşma için gelişmiş ülkeler yasal mevzuatlarında çeşitli düzenlemeler yapmaktadır. Yapılan bu düzenlemelerle inşaat sektöründe sürdürülebilir projeler tasarlamak ve uygulamak için yapım süreçlerinde yeniliklerin benimsenmesi bir zorunluk haline gelmektedir. Bu zorunluluklar doğrultusunda ekoloji kavramının bütün özellikleri bir araya getirildiğinde gelecekte yenilenebilir enerji kaynaklarını kullanarak kendi enerjisini üreten, enerjiyi daha az tüketen hatta tükettiğinden daha fazlasını üreten, geri dönüştürülebilir malzeme kullanılarak oluşturulan, doğaya daha az zarar veren sürdürülebilir ve ekolojik bina tasarımlarına ihtiyacın giderek artacağı ön görülmektedir. Bu ihtiyaçları karşılamak için sürdürülebilir yapı üretim süreci önündeki engellerin bilinmesi önem arz etmektedir. Belirtilen nedenle bu çalışmada Türk inşaat sektöründe sürdürülebilir yapı üretim sürecinin önündeki engellerin belirlenmesi ve bu engellerin sıralanması amaçlanmıştır. Bu amaç doğrultusunda “Sistematik Literatür Taraması” sonucu hazırlanan anket mimar, inşaat mühendisi ve yapı müteahhitlerinden oluşan örneklem grubuna uygulanmış, anket ile elde edilen veriler nicel yöntemler kullanılarak analiz edilmiştir. Çalışmanın sonucunda tespit edilen kriterlerin tamamının Türk inşaat sektörünün sürdürülebilir yapı üretim sürecini fazla ve orta seviyede etkilediği belirlenmiş, ayrıca en önemli beş engelin sürdürülebilir yapı uygulamalarına geçiş süreci ile ilgili olduğu tespit edilmiştir.
