Editorial Processes

There are three processes in our journal: Pre Review, Review and Editing.

The required information is stated below:

PRE-REVIEW

- The article is uploaded to the system by the author in accordance with the initial submission format (in Word format) and the title page.

- After the process, the article appears in the preview section.

- The article is checked for compliance with the initial presentation format.

- The similarity rate of the text is checked.

- If the similarity rate is above 20%, the author is requested to reduce the rate and re-upload the article within a week. An article that is not re-uploaded within a week will be rejected.

-The language of the text is checked.

- Manuscripts that do not comply with the initial submission format or whose language level is low are reported to the author and revision is requested within one week. Otherwise, the article will be rejected.

-The article that meets the initial submission format and similarity rate requirements and has a sufficient language level will proceed to the evaluation process.

REVIEW

- The Responsible Editor (Deputy Editor, Section Editor, etc.) is appointed by the Editor-in-Chief.

- At least three referees (at least foreigners) are appointed to the manuscript by the Processing Editor. Referees cannot be appointed from the institution where the author works.

- The maximum time to finalize the article is determined as 4 weeks. Editors must be sensitive to the subject.

-The decision of the review procedure may be in the form of rejection, acceptance or revision.

- If a rejection decision is made, the process is terminated and the letter is rejected.

- If a correction decision is made, the author is asked to make corrections within two weeks in line with the referee's opinions. If the author does not respond within two weeks, the article will be rejected. All corrections made by the author should be marked in red.

- If an acceptance decision is made, the editing process is started.

EDITING

- There are 20-25 articles in each issue. These articles are determined according to the date of acceptance.

- If the article is included in the issue, the author will be contacted within two weeks.

- If the necessary information for the article is received appropriately from the author, the article will be published in the relevant issue. If the author does not meet the conditions, the article will not be published in that issue.
