Trakya University Journal of Science started to be published in 2000 as "Trakya University Journal of Scientific Research Series B; Natural and Applied Sciences" and continued its life with the current name since 2004. The journal was divided into two as "Trakya University Journal of Natural Sciences" and "Trakya University Journal of Engineering Sciences" in 2012. The two journals continue to be published.
