Abstract

This study was conducted to determining the effects of pesticides and wood
vinegar on microorganisms including fungi and bacteria, soil pH and EC values
in wheat agroecosystem. The study was designed as a randomized block field trial
with four repetitions in 2014-2015 and 2015-2016. Wood vinegar and pesticides were
applied via a backpack sprayer. The treatments were consisted of pesticide, wood
vinegar (0.5, 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5% ml ) which equate to pesticide treatment, and
the control (only tap water) treatments. Aspergillus niger, Penicillium digitatum and
Penicillium italicum microfungi
species were isolated from experimental soil samples. Repeated measurement
variance analysis was performed to determine the effect of pesticide and wood
vinegar treatments on the parameters investigated. Result of the analyzes
indicated that the treatments did not significantly affect the determined
properties (P>0.612), whereas the differences between the pre and post
treatment were significant (P=0.000). It can be concluded that the pesticide
and wood vinegar used did not have a negative effect on the determined
parameters.

Pestisitlerin ve Odun Sirkesinin Bazı Mikrobiyal ve Fiziko-kimyasal Toprak Parametrelerine Etkilerinin Araştırılması

Abstract

Bu çalışma, buğday agro-ekosisteminde kullanılan pestisitler ve odun
sirkesinin toprakta bulunan fungal ile bakteriyel mikroorganizmalar ve toprak
pH ile EC değerlerine etkilerini araştırmak amacıyla yapılmıştır. Çalışma,
2014-2015 ve 2015-2016’da tarla denemesi şeklinde tesadüf blokları deneme deseninde dört tekerrürlü
olarak yürütülmüştür. Denemede kullanılan odun sirkesi ve pestisitler sırt pülverizatörü
yardımıyla 1) pestisit
muamelesi, 2) pestisit muamelesine karşılık gelen %0.5,  %1, %2, %3, %4 ile %5 ml odun sirkesi
muameleleri ve 3) sadece şebeke suyu verilen kontrol muameleleri şeklinde
yapılmıştır. Deneme alanı toprak örneklerinden Aspergillus
niger, Penicillium digitatum ve Penicillium italicum mikrofungus türleri izole edilmiştir. Pestisit
ve odun sirkesi muamelelerinin,
araştırılan parametrelere etkisini belirlemek
amacıyla tekrarlanan
ölçümlü varyans analizi
yapılmıştır. Analizler sonucunda, muamelelerin belirlenen özellikleri
istatistiksel olarak önemli düzeylerde etkilemediği (P>0.612), buna karşın
muamele öncesi ve sonrası arasındaki farkların önemli olduğu görülmüştür
(P=0.000). Sonuç olarak, kullanılan pestisit ve odun sirkesinin belirlenen
parametreler üzerinde olumsuz bir etki göstermediği sonucuna varılabilir.
