Review Process

Review Process

Studies sent to Hendese Journal of Technical Sciences and Engineering are first examined by the editor or section editors to see if they comply with the publishing principles of the journal. If the study complies with the journal's publication principles, it is sent to at least two referees for evaluation using the double-blind referee method.

Articles must be prepared electronically using the Word template file offered by our journal and sent in Word format via the DergiPark system. The following 3 documents must be uploaded to the system during article submission. If any of these documents are missing, the article WILL BE REJECTED.
-Article File (Word format)
-Copyright Transfer Form (To be signed and scanned)
-Similarity Report (PDF Format)

Before all articles submitted to the journal are sent to the referees, similarity reports generated by Turnitin or iThenticate programs will be checked. If the similarity is over 20%, the article is returned to the author.

The evaluation of each article is completed in approximately three months. However, even if the article evaluation process is completed in three months, the publication process varies depending on the density of the articles. Articles are placed in order of arrival, taking into account subject and period distribution.
