This study was conducted to determine the vascular plant flora of Finike Forest Planning Unit between 2012-2013. The study area was located between the Mediterranean and Iran-Turanian phytogeographic regions in the C2-C3 squares of Antalya. In this study, 523 vascular plant taxa belonging to 80 families were determined. Three of the identified plant taxa belonging to Pteridophyta division and 520 belonging to Spermatophyta division were found. Nine (1.7%) of the plant taxa in the Spermatophyta division were in to the Gymnospermae sub-division and 511 (98.3%) were within the Angiospermae sub-division. Among the identified taxa herbs were represented by 437 taxa, shrubs by 30, trees by 45 taxa, climbers by 10 taxa and vascular parasite by one taxon. Number of endemic taxa identified was 67 and the endemism rate of the study area was calculated as 12.8%. The richest family was Asteraceae (63 taxa; 12%), followed by Lamiaceae (50 taxa; 9.6%), Fabaceae (35 taxa; 6.7%), Brassicaceae (33 taxa; 6.3%), and Poaceae (30 taxa; 5.7%). The phytogeographic regions of 265 (50.7%) taxa represented in the study area are as follows: Mediterranean 214 (40.9%), Euro-Siberian 26 (5%), Irano-Turanian 25 (4.8%), and multiregional or of unknown phytogeographic origin 258 (49.3%). Raunkiaer’s life forms showed that Hemicryptophytes with 195 (37.3%) taxa, Therophytes with 135 taxa and Phanerophytes with 77 taxa were the most frequent life forms.
