In this study, some of the quality and phytochemical properties of Bertiz Kabarcık grape, which is an important part of Kahramanmaraş viticulture were investigated. Based on the pomological analysis conducted, the cluster length, the cluster width, berry weight, berry length and berry width of the grape samples were ranged between 15.87 – 23.94 cm, 12.41 cm – 16.39 cm, 3.50 g – 4.80 g, 18.6 mm – 21.41 mm and 17.62 mm – 19.34 mm, respectively. TSS level (soluble dry matter in water) of the Bertiz Kabarcık grape were varied between 14.3% - 23.0% and titration acidity were between 0.168% - 0.365%, pH 3.37 – 3.87. The antioxidant activity level was higher in 13th sample taken from Maksutlu village and in 7th sample taken from Budaklı village (93.5%- 93.0%, respectively) than the other samples. As a result of the study, it was determined that the total phenolic content was ranged from 44.3 mg to 313.9 mg GAE 100 g-1.
